Green Zucchini Capellini

Tomato, Basil, Parmesan Capellini

Ingredients

  • Green Zucchini Capellini (16 oz)
  • 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Large Garlic Clove, Minced
  • 1 Cup Sliced Cherry Tomatoes
  • ½ Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
  • ½ Teaspoon Kosher Salt & Pepper
  • 3 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan
  • 4 Tablespoons Fresh Basil Chopped

Steps

  1. Heat olive oil over medium heart in a large skillet
  2. Saute zucchini for 3 minutes
  3. Add garlic and cook for an additional minute
  4. Add tomatoes and cook until warm
  5. Add crushed red pepper, seasonings, & 3 Tablespoons of Chopped Basil
  6. Combine all ingredients evenly
  7. Serve & Garnish with Fresh Basil and Grated Parmesan
