Butternut Squash Noodles

Ingredients

  • 5 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 5 Garlic Cloves, Minced
  • Butternut Squash (16 oz)
  • 1.5 Teaspoons Rosemary, Finely Chopped
  • 1.5 Teaspoons Kosher Salt
  • ΒΌ Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese

Steps

  1. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat
  2. Add Garlic and cook for 2 minutes
  3. Add squash, rosemary, salt & pepper and cook 6 minutes
  4. Stir frequently
  5. Add lemon juice and combine
  6. Serve & Garnish with Parmesan & Rosemary
