Garlic Parmesan Bean Dip

Celery Sticks

Ingredients

  • 6 Cloves Garlic
  • 2 Cans White Beans
  • ½ Lemon, Juiced
  • ½ Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • ¼ Cup Italian Parsley
  • 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 6 Tablespoons Olive Oil

Steps

  1. Preheat Oven to 450 F
  2. Drizzle Cloves with Olive Oil on a Baking Sheet
  3. Bake 25-30 Minutes
  4. In a Food Processor, Combine Garlic, Beans, Parsley, Salt, Lemon, & Cheese
  5. Slowly Add Olive Oil Until Creamy
  6. Transfer to a Bowl & Garnish with Parsley & Cheese
